What Claude can do with Ponta
Ponta gives Claude a set of tools on each PC you connect. You ask in plain words, Claude picks the tools, and every action is logged.
Files and commands
Finds, sorts, renames and tidies your files, reads documents and spreadsheets, and runs the commands you would otherwise type.
Browser
Works in Ponta's own Chrome on your PC, filling in web forms and getting things done in the web apps you use.
Mail
Reads and searches your mailboxes, clears your inbox and drafts replies. It asks you before sending to anyone new.
Screen
Sees your screen and drives desktop apps that have no other way in.
My Chrome
Uses your everyday Chrome, signed in as you, only when you allow it.
Approvals
Sensitive actions, such as sending mail to someone new, wait for your yes before they happen. On every plan.
Setting up a PC
Install the Ponta agent
On each Windows PC you want Claude to use. It starts by itself when you sign in to Windows.
Pair it with your account
The agent shows a short code such as
BCDF-GHJK. Sign in at mcp.ponta.ai with Google, check the PC's name and confirm.Add Ponta to Claude
Add a connector with the address
https://mcp.ponta.ai/mcpand sign in with the same Google account. Then ask: "Find last month's invoices and put them in one folder."
During the beta the agent is set up by hand with a short guide. A Windows installer comes before Ponta opens to everyone. Ponta is built and tested with Claude. Other AI apps that support remote connectors with sign-in may work, but we have not tested them.
You stay in control
Your PC calls out, nothing calls in
The agent makes one outgoing, encrypted connection. It opens no ports on your PC or your router.
Each PC has its own key
Remove a PC from your account and it is cut off at once. Your PCs and logs are kept apart from every other customer's.
Passwords and keys are off limits
The agent refuses to read the places where passwords and keys are kept.
Rewrites can be undone
Before a file is rewritten, the agent keeps the old version for 14 days.

Ponta is £19 a month for up to 2 PCs, and Ponta Pro is £39 a month for up to 5 PCs, VAT included. Pay yearly and get two months free. After the 14-day trial you can stay on a small free plan. Every first payment comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee.
